WebJul 30, 2016 · The Bisley was originally designed as a heavily armoured, ground attack aircraft, with a solid nose. Later on a bomb aimer window was added and it was renamed Blenheim V. Although it was outclassed in the European campaign, it still saw extended service in North Africa, the Far East and India. WebDelivery flight of Finnish Blenheim bombers BL-113 and BL-114. Serial BL-113 is visible on the rear aircraft in another photo, making the front one BL-114. Both aircraft were lost less than two years later during the 1939-1940 Finnish-Russian Winter War, BL-113 on 18 February 1940 and BL-114 on 7 March.
