WebThe only way I imagine would work is having a 3DS with homebrew. You would have to extract the save file from Pokemon Platinum and your save file from ultra moon. And, using the PokeHex program, place your Platinum pokemon into your Ultra Moon save file. And then inject your UM save file into your 3DS.
