So I ordered some shims which only come in 0.2mm thickness & added 3 (0.6mm) under both E strings & 1 (0.2mm) under the A & B strings. Then lowered the bridge accordingly. Man, what a difference this makes. Now I can positively fly down the neck. This adjustment put the Floyd Rose bridge at an angle and not level with the body of the guitar. So, I ended up putting a trem stop in and now the bridge is level. So, the string radius is what gets effected by not leveling the bridge. For the 12'' at the nut, you'll most likely be fine with any off-the-shelf nut. The difference between 10'' and 12'' is minimal, and Floyd's tolerances suck.
