WebSep 2, 2024 · This happens for me when i 1st attempted to downgrade RGL version, I tried to change All user & groups permission to "full control" and 2rd attempted, it works and downgrades RGL version. When I try to run gta-sa.exe after installation completed, It works well. Maybe "administrator permission" prevents the downgrader from changing the file. WebJan 16, 2024 · How to use 1.
