High beam works low beam doesn't

Web30 de abr. de 2013 · Both low beam headlights are not working. I have changed the bulbs and checked the fuses and it's still not working. High beams work fine. What is odd is that when turning the switch to low beams the high beam light on the dash comes one. As the high beams work I don't think the relay is bad. But I could be wrong. Any ideas? Thanks.
