I see them listed for $300 many times, and that includes some accessories. Even the hoizontal boring thing could come in handy. Or the disk sander. I'm not keen on the table saw but it might serve a purpose.

My suggestion, if your budget is more in the $200 and less range: get a 10er and add on a dedicated table saw.
